Product Feature

Our CNC Machined Plastic Parts offer advanced precision that is unmatched by traditional manufacturing methods. We use a variety of technologies to achieve our results, including turning, milling, laser etching, laser cutting and screen printing.

Turning is a shaping process that utilizes a cutting tool to remove excess material from the workpiece. This process is highly efficient and can produce highly accurate results. On the other hand, milling is a process of removing material by a rotary cutter, which is usually performed on a milling machine. This process is highly effective for creating intricate and precise shapes.

Our laser etching technique is perfect for marking parts with logos or serial numbers. It's a highly accurate and cost-effective solution for applying permanent markings to plastic parts. Additionally, our laser cutting technology enables us to cut out complex shapes from a variety of plastic materials like Delrin, Acrylic, PEEK, PE, PPS, HDPE, PTFE, Nylon66 and GF30.

We also offer screen printing services that can help you add unique designs and text to your parts. This printing technology is highly durable and can resist a variety of chemicals, solving many problems associated with traditional printing technology.

Our CNC Machining Plastic Parts are highly versatile and can be used in a variety of applications across industries. We offer high-quality parts that meet the unique demands of any project. Our team of experienced professionals works diligently to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.

At the end of the day, our CNC Machined Plastic Parts are highly reliable, designed for optimal performance, and will serve your project needs for years to come.

Application

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is a versatile manufacturing process that can produce complex shapes with high precision and consistency. This process is widely used in various industries that require high-quality plastic parts, such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, and medical. In this article, we will explore the application scenarios for CNC machined plastic parts and exclude large workpieces.

1. Consumer products

They are used in many consumer products, including home appliances, sports equipment, toys, and personal care items. These parts can be customized to fit the design and functional requirements of the product, such as handles, gears, knobs, and housings. CNC machining has the advantage of producing small quantities of parts with fast turnaround times, which is essential for prototyping and testing new products.

2. Industrial equipment

Many industries rely on they to produce specialized equipment, such as pumps, valves, sensors, and fittings. The high precision and durability of these parts make them suitable for harsh environments and heavy-duty applications. For example, in the oil and gas industry, they are used in drilling tools, subsea pipes, and blowout preventers. In the food and beverage industry, they are used in processing equipment, conveyor systems, and packaging machines.

3. Construction and architecture

CNC Machining Plastic Parts are also used in construction and architecture to create unique designs and shapes that cannot be achieved with traditional building materials. For example, CNC-machined plastic panels can be used for decorative facades, signage, and cladding. CNC machining can also be used for precision cutting and drilling of plastic sheets and blocks to create intricate patterns and shapes for furniture, lighting, and art installations.

CNC Milling
Milling is a machining process that employs rotating multi-point cutting tools to remove material from the workpiece. In CNC milling, the CNC machine typically feeds the workpiece to the cutting tool in the same direction as the cutting tool's rotation, whereas in manual milling the machine feeds the workpiece in the opposite direction to the cutting tool's rotation. Operational capabilities of the milling process include face milling-cutting shallow, flat surfaces and flat-bottomed cavities into the workpiece-and peripheral milling-cutting deep cavities, such as slots and threads, into the workpiece.

CNC Turning
Turning is a machining process that employs single-point cutting tools to remove material from the rotating workpiece. In CNC turning, the CNC machine-typically a lathe or turning machine-feeds the cutting tool in a linear motion along the surface of the rotating workpiece, removing material around the circumference until the desired diameter is achieved, to produce cylindrical parts with external and internal features, such as slots, tapers, and threads. Operational capabilities of the turning process include boring, facing, grooving, and thread cutting.
