Product Description
CNC brass parts are a popular type of high-precision metal components used in various industries. They are known for their excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and high strength-to-weight ratio.
They are also extremely versatile, with the ability to be shaped into a wide range of complex geometries, including threaded components, precision shafts, and intricate housings. This versatility makes them an ideal choice for a broad range of applications, from simple fasteners to highly complex machinery parts.
In addition to their precision and versatility, they are also highly resistant to wear and tear, making them a popular choice for applications that require high levels of durability over time. This makes them a popular choice for use in demanding applications such as mining equipment, oil drilling rigs, and heavy machinery.

Our expertise and experience in precision CNC machining, coupled with our extensive range of capabilities, make us a reliable and trusted partner for all our customer's manufacturing needs.

Product Feature
CNC brass parts are popular production used in the production of various items, including musical instruments, plumbing fixtures, and decorative objects. Different types of brass have varying compositions and properties, each with unique advantages and applications.
1. 260 Brass:
This grade of brass, also known as Cartridge Brass, contains 70% copper and 30% zinc. It is highly ductile and can be easily shaped into various forms. 260 Brass has high corrosion resistance and offers good electrical conductivity. Its tensile strength ranges from 345 to 515 MPa, while its elongation at break is about 35%.
2. 353 Brass:
This Grade of brass, also known as Eco Brass, is composed of 57% copper, 3% lead, and 40% zinc. It is environmentally friendly and has excellent machinability. 353 Brass is widely used in plumbing applications due to its resistance to dezincification and stress corrosion cracking. It has a tensile strength of around 490 MPa and an elongation at a break of approximately 18%.
3. 360 Brass:
This grade of brass, also known as Free Machining Brass, is composed of 60% copper and 40% zinc. It has excellent machinability and can be easily cut, drilled, and shaped. 360 Brass also features high strength and good corrosion resistance. Its tensile strength ranges from 585 to 765 MPa, while its elongation at break is about 15%.
4. 464 Brass:
This grade of brass, also known as Naval Brass, contains 60% copper, 39.2% zinc, and 0.8% tin. It is particularly resistant to seawater corrosion and exhibits excellent strength, ductility, and wear resistance. 464 Brass is commonly used in marine and industrial applications. It has a tensile strength of around 620 MPa and an elongation at a break of approximately 20%.
5. 655 Silicon Bronze:
This grade of brass is composed of 96% copper, 2.8% silicon, and 0.9% manganese. It offers high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good electrical conductivity. 655 Silicon Bronze is commonly used in marine and architectural applications. It has a tensile strength of around 520 MPa and an elongation at a break of approximately 30%.
