Brass CNC Parts

The H59 Brass CNC Machined Part is made using precision turning and milling processes. In terms of material, H59 brass is widely known for its excellent mechanical properties, good wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The turning and milling processes involved ensure dimensional accuracy and precise geometric shapes.

Product Description

Brass is a popular choice for CNC parts due to its durability, corrosion resistance, and malleability.

One of the key advantages is their ability to perform in various harsh environments. Brass has excellent corrosion resistance, making it a perfect choice for marine, natural gas, and chemical industries. Due to this, brass CNC parts have a longer service life and require fewer replacements, saving on operation costs.

Additionally, they offer excellent thermal conductivity, making them perfect for applications where heat is an issue. This property is why they are commonly used in electrical and electronic products, as they help in cooling down and dissipating heat. Also, they can be easily recalibrated should the need arise, ensuring that they maintain their high precision levels.

They are easy to manufacture, and their exceptional malleability ensures their ability to be formed with high precision levels. They can also be used in decorative applications due to their ability to be polished to a high shine.

Our Capabilities

Our company is a precision CNC machining factory that has been in business for 18 years, since 2005. With over 40 CNC machines, we can machine more than 90 types of metals and plastics and can offer 30 types of surface treatments. Our machining tolerances can reach as low as +/- 0.0004 inches (0.01mm), making our operations highly efficient and precise. We offer additional services such as electric discharge wire cutting, gun drilling, grinding, tube and rod bending, and more. Our expertise and experience in precision CNC machining, coupled with our extensive range of capabilities, make us a reliable and trusted partner for all our customer's manufacturing needs.

Product Feature

1. Alpha Brass - It contains up to 37% zinc and is known for its excellent cold-working properties. Alpha brass is often used in the manufacture of coins, medals, and decorative items.

2. Beta Brass - This alloy contains 35-45% zinc and has high tensile strength, making it ideal for use in marine and architectural applications. It resists corrosion well and is also resistant to stress cracking.

3. Red Brass - Comprising 85% copper, 5% tin, 5% lead, and 5% zinc, red brass is mostly used in the manufacturing of pumps, valves, and fittings. It has high corrosion resistance and good machinability.

4. Naval Brass - Containing 60% copper, 39.2% zinc, and 0.8% tin, naval brass is extensively used in the marine industry owing to its high corrosion resistance in saltwater environments. It is also used in the production of propellers and other marine components.

5. Low Brass - This alloy contains 80% copper and 20% zinc and is used for creating musical instruments, such as trumpets and trombones. It has a unique golden color and is highly ductile.
