Machining Copper Parts

The CNC copper components are precision-engineered parts that are widely used in various industries for their excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. These components are designed and manufactured using professional CNC technology, which ensures precise and accurate dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and durability.

Our Capabilities

Our company is a precision CNC machining factory with over 18 years of experience in the industry. We have over 40 CNC equipment, allowing us to process more than 90 types of metal and plastic materials with a tolerance as low as +/- 0.0004 inches (0.01mm). Not only that, but we also offer a variety of additional services, including electrical discharge machining, wire cutting, gun drilling, grinding, pipe bending, and more. Our extensive capabilities enable us to meet our customers' demands and expectations with exceptional quality and precision.

Product Introduction:

Custom machining copper parts are widely used for their superior electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, and ductility properties. The copper plate shown in the picture is machined by high precision 3, 4 axis lathing machines, to overcome their softness, and keep in the customer's high requirement for .03’s flatness. Except for the challenge of copper, we also finish the challenge of Titanium alloy and made good products.

Whatever difficult material, we can find a suitable way to machine it. Welcome any inquiry for complicated machined parts.

Production Feature:

Machining CNC copper parts generally do nickel plating to prevent copper products from surface oxidation. A wide array of Copper Machining Components we manufacture and supply, are precision engineered by our high-tech machines. The products we machine are high in high strength and strict tolerance level and offer excellent performance. They can be widely used in various industries including water treatment, petrochemical, and so on.

Material

1. H62: H62 is a type of bronze material that is composed of copper and zinc. It is a relatively soft and ductile alloy that is commonly used in various applications, such as plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and decorative objects.

2. H65: H65 is another type of bronze material that is similar to H62, but with a slightly higher zinc content. This alloy is known for its high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, which make it suitable for use in heat exchangers, marine equipment, and other harsh environments.

3. H70: H70 is a type of brass material that is composed of copper and zinc, with smaller amounts of other elements added to enhance its properties. It is commonly used in electrically conductive applications, such as connectors, switches, and terminals.

4. H80: H80 is a high-strength brass material that is composed of copper and zinc, with some other elements such as aluminum and manganese added to improve its strength and hardness. It is commonly used in structural applications, such as fasteners, gears, and valve components.

5. H90: H90 is a type of brass material that is composed of copper and zinc, with a high proportion of zinc and small amounts of other elements such as lead and tin. It is known for its excellent machinability and is often used in precision parts such as shafts, bearings, and watch components.

Application:

1. Telecommunications industry: Copper components such as connectors, antennas, and waveguides are widely used in communication equipment.

2. Electrical industry: Copper parts such as transformers, relays, and busbars are essential components in electrical equipment and circuits.

3. Automotive industry: Copper parts such as radiators, heat exchangers, and brake systems are used in vehicles for their excellent heat dissipation properties.

4. Aerospace industry: Copper parts such as satellite components, heat shields, and cooling systems are used in aerospace applications due to their high strength-to-weight ratio.

5. Renewable energy industry: Copper parts such as wind turbine components and solar panel frames are used in renewable energy systems due to their excellent conductivity and durability.
