Product Introduction:

Copper Tungsten is one of the most popular refractory metal based heat sink materials offered today. With the new off-the-shelf system, we are able to offer standard products with a short lead-time at extremely competitive rates.

We make precision machined tungsten copper parts according to your drawings. Copper CNC Machining Parts are widely used in applications such as aviation, aerospace, nuclear high-temperature furnace, armament, heat sinks, glass, ceramic, crystal production, medical, illumination, and vacuum sputtering.

Product Features:

1. CNC copper machining parts have numerous distinct characteristics that complement the manufacturing process. Firstly, these parts have precise geometric shapes and sizes achieved through the use of a computer-controlled machine. The CNC machines have high levels of accuracy, resulting in minimal human errors, uniformity in parts production and increased efficiency in the machining process.

2. CNC copper machining parts have a consistent surface texture, free from burrs or roughness. Such parts exhibit an outstanding surface finish that can is often difficult to achieve through other conventional machining processes. This, in turn, enhances the product's overall appearance and functionality, thus increasing its value in the market.

3. The CNC copper machining process reduces the manufacturing cycle time, making it possible to produce several parts within a short time frame. This results in increased productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quicker delivery times to customers, reducing lead times.

In conclusion, CNC copper machining parts are an essential solution for industries looking for consistent, high-quality, durable and cost-effective parts. These products' precise dimensions, surface texture, complexity, and high production rates have positioned them among the best machining techniques for copper and copper alloys.

Application

CNC copper machining parts have applications in a wide range of industries. CNC copper machining is widely used in industries such as telecommunications, plumbing, electronics, construction, and more. These parts are commonly used for making electrical components, heat exchangers, copper tubing, and more.

1. In the telecommunications industry, CNC copper machining is widely used to fabricate copper parts for electrical signals and wiring. It is an essential component of most telecommunication equipment. Copper parts are also extensively used in the plumbing industry. The copper pipes and fittings, which are used for water or gas pipelines, are precision machined using CNC copper machining.

2. In the construction industry, CNC copper machining is used to fabricate copper roofs, gutters, and other architectural details. Copper is highly durable and has excellent corrosion resistance properties, making it the ideal choice for external building features.

3. CNC copper machining is also used in the manufacture of power transmission components, such as heat exchangers and motors. These components require precise machining to ensure maximum efficiency and long-lasting performance.

Grades

CuW9010, CuW8020, CuW7525, and WM0136 are different grades of tungsten-copper alloys, also known as CuW alloys. These alloys are composed of varying ratios of copper and tungsten and are known for their excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, high strength, and resistance to wear and corrosion.

CuW9010 contains 90% tungsten and 10% copper, CuW8020 contains 80% tungsten and 20% copper, CuW7525 contains 75% tungsten and 25% copper, and WM0136 contains 30% tungsten and 70% copper. The different compositions offer different properties, making them suitable for different applications.

CuW9010 is often used in electrical and electronic applications due to its high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion. CuW8020 is commonly used in aerospace and military applications due to its high strength and resistance to wear and erosion. CuW7525 is frequently used in applications that require high electrical and thermal conductivity while also having good strength and resistance to wear. WM0136 is used in electrical and thermal applications that require high thermal conductivity but do not require the high strength of other CuW alloys.

In summary, the different grades of tungsten-copper alloys offer a wide range of properties and are used in various industries and applications.

Surface Finishing

1. Gold-plated: The process of adding a layer of gold coating onto a surface for both aesthetic and functional purposes, such as improving conductivity and durability.

2. Teflon-plated: The application of a non-stick coating made from a material called polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) onto a surface, to protect it from corrosion, abrasion, and sticking.

3. Nickel-plated: The process of adding a layer of nickel onto a base metal surface for corrosion resistance, hardness, and as a base layer for other coatings.

4. Chrome-plated: The application of a chrome coating onto a surface for its aesthetic appeal, durability, and resistance to corrosion and wear.

5. Vacuum coating: A process in which a thin layer of material, such as aluminum or titanium, is deposited onto a surface using a vacuum chamber, for decorative or functional purposes.

6. PVC coating: The application of a layer of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) onto a surface for protection from moisture, chemicals, or impact, and to improve its resistance to scratching and abrasion.

7. Sandblasting: The process of using high-pressure air or water to blast abrasive particles onto a surface, for cleaning, smoothing, or roughening it, depending on the desired effect.
