1. Standard POM Bushings:

These CNC POM bushings are made from pure POM material and offer high wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and excellent dimensional stability. The standard POM bushings have a hardness rating of 80 on the Shore D scale, and their operating temperature range is -40°C to 110°C.

 

2. Glass-filled POM Bushings:

These bushings are made using a blend of POM resin and glass fibers, which enhance their strength, rigidity, and impact resistance. The glass-filled POM bushings have a hardness rating of 85-90 on the Shore D scale, and their operating temperature range is -40°C to 120°C.

 

3. Mineral-filled POM Bushings:

These bushings have a blend of POM resin and mineral fillers such as talc, which improves their stiffness, creep resistance, and thermal conductivity. The mineral-filled POM bushings have a hardness rating of 85-90 on the Shore D scale, and their operating temperature range is -40°C to 120°C.

 

4. Reinforced POM Bushings:

These bushings contain POM resin and a blend of different reinforcement materials such as glass, carbon, or aramid fibers. Reinforced POM bushings offer high strength, impact resistance, and fatigue resistance. The reinforced POM bushings have a hardness rating of 85-95 on the Shore D scale, and their operating temperature range is -40°C to 120°C.

 

5. Low-friction POM Bushings:

These bushings contain a special lubricant that reduces friction and wear on the bushing and mating surface. Low-friction POM bushings have a hardness rating of 80 on the Shore D scale, and their operating temperature range is -40°C to 120°C.
