Nylon 6 has high tensile strength, high toughness and impact resistance, strong wear resistance and good low temperature properties Uses, electronic appliances, automotive parts, industrial parts, sports equipment, etc.
Common Plastic Materials We Work With
ABS: ABS material is superior in processability, appearance characteristics, low creep and excellent dimensional stability and high impact strength.
PA6: It is widely used for structural components due to its good mechanical strength and rigidity. It is also used to make bearings because of its excellent wear resistance.
PA66: Compared with PA6, PA66 is more widely used in automotive industry, instrument housing and other products which need impact resistance and high strength requirements.
PC: PC is an amorphous engineering material with excellent impact strength, thermal stability, glossiness, bacteriostasis, flame retardancy and pollution resistance.
HDPE: HDPE is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polarity,High crystallinity results in its high density, tensile strength, high temperature distortion temperature, viscosity and chemical stability.
LDPE: Good flexibility, extensibility, electrical insulation, transparency, processability and certain permeability. It has good chemical stability, alkali resistance and general organic solvent resistance. The mechanical strength, transparency and aging resistance are poor.
PMMA: PMMA is also known as acrylic,It has the advantages of high transparency, low price and easy machining.
POM: POM has a very low coefficient of friction and good geometric stability, making it ideal for gears and bearings. Because it also has high temperature resistance, it is also used in pipeline devices (pipe valves, pump housings), lawn equipment, etc.
PP: PP is a thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent properties and it’s a colorless and translucent thermoplastic lightweight general-purpose plastic. It has Chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechanical properties and good high wear resistance.
PVC: PVC materials are non-flammable, high strength, weather resistant and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids.
