Vacuum Plating
Vacuum plating is a physical deposition phenomenon. That is, argon gas is injected under vacuum and the argon gas hits the target, which separates into molecules that are adsorbed by the conductive goods to form a uniform and smooth surface layer.
In order to meet the requirements of more safety, more energy saving, lower noise and less pollutant emission, vacuum plating has become a new trend of environmental protection in surface treatment process. Unlike general plating, vacuum plating is more environmentally friendly, and at the same time, vacuum plating can produce a glossy black effect that cannot be achieved by ordinary plating.
Vacuum plating mainly includes several types of vacuum vapor deposition, sputtering plating and ion plating. They are all used to deposit various metal and non-metal films on the surface of plastic parts by distillation or sputtering under vacuum, which can produce a very thin surface coating with the outstanding advantage of fast and good adhesion, but they are also more expensive and can be operated with fewer types of metals, and are generally used as functional coatings for higher-grade products, such as internal shielding.
Vacuum plating can be divided into
General vacuum plating, UV vacuum plating, vacuum plating special. Processes include vapor deposition, sputtering, gunmetal plating, etc.

Physical Vapor Deposition
Physical vapor deposition refers to the process of transferring material from the source to the surface of the substrate using a physical process. The result is that it is possible to make certain materials that have a special effect (high strength. Abrasion resistance. Heat dissipation. The result is that some particles with strange effects (high strength, abrasion resistance, heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, etc.) can be sprayed on the lower efficacy of the base material, making the base material have better efficacy.
The basic method of PVD is vacuum vapor deposition. Sputtering. Ion plating (hollow cathode ion plating. Hot cathode ion plating. Arc ion plating. Reactive reflection ion plating. Radiofrequency ion plating. (DC discharge ion plating)
Vacuum UV plating generally refers to the evaporation plating for plastic, i.e. vacuum flying aluminum. And PVD plating, often refers to hardware, especially stainless steel material, this adopts multi-arc ion plating.

We can perform vacuum plating treatment on stainless steel products, titanium alloy products, and brass products. The colors of plating are black, blue, gold, gunmetal, and multicolor.
