CNC Cut: CNC is the best option for cutting and carving thick materials like MDF, aluminum, wood, acrylic, etc. CNC can cut the parts' logo in a good surface and achieve . But it cost high.

Laser Cut: Laser cutting produces far superior results for cutting thin workpieces. And it is economical than CNC cut. 

CNC Cut Aluminum Anodized Part

The plate' thickness is 4mm, not suit to cut the logo by laser cutting. The space of the logo is small. The milling effect look good and the edge of the logo is smooth and without any burr.

The plate is very thin, around 1.5mm thickness. The logo is very small. After laser cutting, the logo look weak and look like easily broken. The parts have done sandblasting and anodizing.
