PA6+oil nylon board
Green Nylon board is a kind of self-lubricating profile made of nylon resin filled with a certain proportion of silicone oil, which is extruded/casted by machine. The specific gravity is 1.18g/cm3, and the working temperature is between -30 degrees and +110 degrees. It has good dimensional stability , has good wear resistance/fatigue resistance, suitable for the processing and application of parts without lubrication, high load and low running speed, replacing non-ferrous copper and alloys, prolonging service life and saving costs.
Features: good wear resistance and self-lubricating performance; low friction coefficient; light density and high hardness; high mechanical strength, good turning performance; high impact strength and good toughness; high melting point, corrosion resistance, low water absorption; dimensional stability Good performance and high creep resistance.
Application: Wear-resistant parts of mechanical equipment, replace copper and alloys as wear-resistant parts of equipment, wear-resistant gear/rack parts, transmission structural parts, cranks, blades, high-pressure washers, nuts, seals, fasteners and connections parts, fixtures and fixture parts, etc.
