The temperature of the workshop has a significant impact on CNC machining. One example is CNC milling, where the temperature can affect the material's microstructure and cause thermal stress. A high machine load can generate additional heat, making the temperature rise, while a low load can cause temperature fluctuations. Meanwhile, the cutting speed and processing time affect the heat generated by the machining process, and thus the workshop temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust these factors to maintain an optimized temperature range.
