Pneumatic joints, also called pneumatic quick joints, are gas sockets in the pneumatic industry. They are designed for easy access to gas sources for pneumatic tools and gas pipelines. Compressed air is the second largest power source after electricity, and it is a process with multiple uses. Therefore, with the continuous development of the pneumatic industry, pneumatic quick connectors are also divided into two categories: pneumatic quick connectors and pneumatic connectors. The pneumatic quick connector is equivalent to the self-locking terminal of the wire, which is mainly used for the fixed connection of the gas pipeline. Inconvenient for frequent plugging and unplugging. The pneumatic connector is equivalent to an electrical socket, which is located at the end of the gas path. It is mainly used for the quick and frequent plugging and unplugging of pneumatic tools, and is also suitable for the temporary and rapid layout of the gas path. The following are the four major characteristics of the pneumatic connector:
1. Quickly and accurately connect the fluid freely;
2. As long as the male plug is inserted into the female socket, the connection can be easily realized. Short link time and high efficiency;
3. The male plug and the female plug can be rotated even under pressure when they are outside the connection state, thus avoiding the generation of twisting stress in the hose;
4. The quick connector is easy to maintain and replace.
Pneumatic joints include: all-copper quick-screw fittings, stainless steel quick-plug fittings, high-pressure atomizing fittings, and pneumatic quick-plug fittings.
