Our expertise and experience in precision CNC machining, coupled with our extensive range of capabilities, make us a reliable and trusted partner for all our customer's manufacturing needs.

Product Feature
1. 260 Brass - also known as Cartridge Brass, this alloy contains 70% copper and 30% zinc. It has excellent machinability and can be easily formed, making it widely used for products like ammunition casings, musical instruments, and plumbing components.
Advantages:
Good strength and corrosion resistance. Excellent for cold forming.
Disadvantages:
Not ideal for welding, due to its composition.
2. 270 Brass - this is a cartridge brass type with a higher copper (72%) content. It has similar properties as 260 brass but is more ductile and has improved cold workability.
Advantages:
Excellent corrosion resistance. Good for cold forming, stamping, and drawing.
Disadvantages:
Not recommended for hot working or welding.
3. 330 Brass - this alloy contains 64% copper, 2% lead, and 34% zinc, making it also known as leaded brass. It has excellent machinability, making it ideal for products like electrical components, locks, and valves.
Advantages:
Outstanding machinability. Good corrosion resistance.
Disadvantages:
Lead content may cause machining problems for some applications.
4. 360 Brass - also known as Free Machining Brass, this alloy contains 61.5% copper, 35% zinc, and 3.5% lead. It has superior machinability, making it ideal for precision components and fittings.
Advantages:
Excellent machinability. Good for hot forging.
Disadvantages:
Lower strength and corrosion-resistant compared to other brass types.
5. 464 Brass - this alloy contains 63% copper, 0.8% lead, and 0.7% iron. It has excellent strength and is widely used for products like gears, shafts, and valves.
Advantages:
Excellent strength and corrosion resistance. Suitable for both hot and cold forming.
Disadvantages:
Relatively expensive compared to other brass types.
