Product Description
CNC anodized aluminum parts with Silk Screen are widely used for its durability, resistance to corrosion, and ability to withstand extreme temperatures.
This process involves using computer numerical control (CNC) machines to precisely cut and shape the aluminum into the desired design. The anodizing process adds an extra layer of protection, making the parts even more durable and long-lasting.
The Silk Screen technology is used to add color, text, or images onto the anodized surface of the aluminum parts. This process involves using a fine mesh screen to transfer the desired design onto the surface of the part using ink or paint.
They have numerous benefits in the manufacturing industry. The precision and accuracy of CNC technology ensure that the parts are made to exact specifications, reducing the risk of errors or defects. Anodizing adds a layer of protection, increasing the lifespan of the parts and reducing maintenance and replacement costs. The Silk Screen technology adds customization options and branding opportunities, making the parts stand out and enhancing their aesthetic appeal.

Product Feature
1. 6061 Aluminum Alloy
6061 aluminum alloy is the most commonly used aluminum alloy for industrial applications. It has a tensile strength of 40,000 psi and a yield strength of 35,000 psi. This alloy also has excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor applications. Its downside is that it is difficult to weld.
2. 7075 Aluminum Alloy
7075 aluminum alloy is one of the highest-strength aluminum alloys and is often used in aerospace applications. It has a tensile strength of 83,000 psi and a yield strength of 73,000 psi. This alloy also has good fatigue strength and corrosion resistance. However, it is not suitable for welding due to its high hardness.
3. 2024 Aluminum Alloy
2024 aluminum alloy is another high-strength aluminum alloy commonly used in aerospace applications. It has a tensile strength of 68,000 psi and a yield strength of 47,000 psi. This alloy also has good fatigue resistance and low density. However, it has poor corrosion resistance compared to other aluminum alloys.
4. 5052 Aluminum Alloy
5052 aluminum alloy is commonly used in marine applications due to its excellent corrosion resistance. It has a tensile strength of 33,000 psi and a yield strength of 28,000 psi. This alloy also has good formability and weldability.

Process
The process of Anodizing involves passing an electric current through a metal object immersed in an electrolyte solution. This causes the metal surface to create a thin layer of oxide, which can be further dyed or painted to add color and improve corrosion resistance. The procedure starts by preparing the metal surface through rigorous cleaning, degreasing, and polishing. Then it is placed in a tank containing the electrolyte solution, and an electrical current is applied to the object. The process can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the desired surface finish.
Silk Screening, on the other hand, involves printing artwork or designs onto metal surfaces using special inks that cure under heat. The process starts by creating a screen stencil of the design to be printed. This is done by exposing a light-sensitive emulsion to the artwork, then washing it away, leaving a negative image of the design. The stencil is then mounted onto a silk screen frame and positioned over the metal object. The ink is then spread over the stencil and pressed through the mesh screen onto the metal surface. The ink is then cured under heat, creating a permanent bond with the metal.
Application
1. Aerospace Industry:
CNC anodized aluminum parts with silk screen technology are highly demanded in the aerospace industry. They are used in various parts of aircraft, including landing gear, structural components, and rocket engines. Precision parts enhance the efficiency and safety of the aircraft, and silk-screen print technology makes the parts visually appealing.
2. Marine Industry:
This industry relies on them to produce high-quality and durable ship parts. The common maritime vessels, such as cargo ships, tankers, offshore vessels, and cruise ships use these parts.
3. Agriculture Industry:
They have helped farmers to mechanize their farming processes, thereby increasing yields and profits. The most significant application of these parts in agriculture is the production of crop, e.g., grain harvesters and threshing machines.
4. Sports Equipment Industry:
Equipment used for adventure sports like rock climbing, camping, and water sports rely on CNC aluminum parts. Products like climbing carabiners, tent pegs, and backpack frames need precision parts for safety and endurance.
