Material：PTFE
PTFE is a polymer chemical material containing polytetrafluoroethylene. Widely used in packaging, electronics and electricity, chemical energy, corrosion-resistant materials, Teflon high-performance special coatings are fluorine coatings with polytetrafluoroethylene as the matrix resin. Polytetrafluoroethylene is produced by free radical polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. Industrial polymerization is carried out with stirring in the presence of a large amount of water to disperse the heat of reaction and to facilitate temperature control. The polymerization is generally carried out at 40-80°C and a pressure of 3-26 kgf/cm2. Inorganic persulfates and organic peroxides can be used as initiators, and redox initiator systems can also be used.
The advantages of PTFE:
High temperature resistance - working temperature up to 250 ℃.
Low temperature resistance - good mechanical toughness; 5% elongation can be maintained even when the temperature drops to -196°C.
Corrosion resistance - inert to most chemicals and solvents, strong acid and alkali resistance, water and various organic solvents.
Weather Resistant - Has the best aging life of any plastic.
High Lubrication - The lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials.
Non-stick - is the smallest surface tension in a solid material that does not stick to anything.
Non-toxic - It is physiologically inert, and it has no adverse reactions when it is implanted in the body as an artificial blood vessel and an organ for a long time.
Electrical Insulation - Resistant to 1500 volts high voltage.
