POM material is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts. It is easy to machine for its high stiffness, high accuracy and low friction. CNC machining produces these POM CNC parts with excellent mechanical properties, accuracy and repeat-ability from metal and plastic. Usually 3-axis & 5-axis CNC milling are both available to use.
These POM CNC parts have different colors for you choosing to machine, black, white or red. Also, POM is belong to acetal. Acetal is typically available as two types of resins; homopolymer acetal (POM-H) and copolymer acetal (POM-C). And this two Acetal polymers do share many similar characteristics, however there are some significant differences which will determine which is most suitable for your application.
