Product Description

CNC Turned Machined Brass Parts are highly precise and reliable components that are widely used in a variety of industries.

The benefits are numerous. They have excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in harsh environments. They also have good thermal conductivity, making them well-suited for applications that involve heat transfer. They are strong and durable, which ensures that they can withstand heavy use and wear without failing.

They are used in a wide range of applications, including in the aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, and medical industries. They are used in electronic components, valve bodies, plumbing fixtures, and more. They are also commonly used in the manufacturing of musical instruments, such as brass instruments like trumpets and trombones.

Product Feature

1. C26000 (Cartridge Brass):

This brass grade contains a high percentage of copper (70-30) and is commonly used for small machine parts, electrical connectors, and plumbing fixtures. It has excellent corrosion resistance and is easy to work with. However, it is not as strong as some other brass grades.

2. C46400 (Naval Brass):

This brass grade contains a higher percentage of zinc (60-40) and is known for its strength and durability. It is commonly used in marine applications such as boat fittings and propeller shafts because it is resistant to corrosion in saltwater environments. However, it is not as malleable as other brass grades.

3. C36000 (Free-Cutting Brass):

This brass grade is easy to machine and has excellent corrosion resistance. It is commonly used for plumbing fittings, valves, and electrical connectors. However, it is not as strong as some other brass grades.

4. C38500 (Architectural Bronze):

This brass grade contains a high percentage of zinc (60-40) and is known for its attractive golden color and excellent corrosion resistance. It is commonly used for decorative items such as door handles, lighting fixtures, and statues. However, it is not as strong as some other brass grades.
