In order to ensure the precision of measurement, we have introduced advanced Inspection equipment In-House.
We insist that each product following steps as below:
● IQC (Incoming Material Quality Control): All materials are tested and recorded before production to ensure the authenticity of the material.
● In-process quality control: First Article Inspection (FAI) is performed at each step of the production process and approval by the engineering and quality department manager.
● FQC (Final Quality Control): 100% of the products before inventory
● OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Before shipping, we will check all parts again and record .
● Inspection equipment: calibration of inspection equipment regularly.

Q: How soon can I get the quote?
It would be very appreciated if we can have following info:
A: Order quantity per patch or per year.
B: Trade terms, such as FOB price or EXW price.
Normally, the quote will be offer in 1-2 days.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For CNC parts, they are able to offer in 10-30 days.
It is 10-15 days for sample order.
And 20 days or 30 days for mass production.
Q: Are free samples available?
We would like to free to offer samples when you order for bulk. We may progress with tried order also.
Q: What payment terms you accept?
In general, we accept T/T (bank transfer), Paypal, Alibaba trade assurance.
If you have some other options, let’s talk case by case.
Q: What solutions will be taken in case of quality issue?
If products you received with quality issue, please take a photo and let us know the defected quantities, we will check again and plan to reproduction for you if the responsibility at our side.
And we will do a quality complain report and notice to all of related departments.
