Copper material knowledge:

1 H59 Ordinary brass; the cheapest price, high strength, hardness and poor plasticity, but it can still withstand pressure processing well in hot state, the corrosion resistance is general, and other properties are similar to H62. Used for general machine parts, welded parts, hot stamping and hot rolled parts.

2 H62 Ordinary brass; has good mechanical properties, good plasticity in hot state, plasticity in cold state, good machinability, easy to brazing and welding, corrosion resistance, but easy to cause corrosion cracking. In addition, the price is cheap, and it is an ordinary brass variety that is used as a habitual offender. Used for various deep drawing and bending parts, such as pins, rivets, washers, nuts, pipes, pressure gauge springs, screens, radiator parts, etc.

3 H63 Ordinary brass; suitable for pressure processing under cold conditions, suitable for welding and brazing. Easy to polish, it is the main alloy for drawing, rolling, bending, etc. Used for screws, round rollers for pickling, etc.

4 H65 Ordinary brass; The performance is between H68 and H62, and the price is cheaper than H68. It also has higher strength and plasticity, can withstand cold and hot pressure processing well, and has a tendency to corrode and crack. Used for small hardware, daily necessities, small springs, screws, rivets and mechanical parts.

5 H68 Ordinary brass; it has very good plasticity (the best among brass) and high strength, good cutting performance, easy to weld, not stable to general corrosion, but easy to crack. It is the most widely used variety among ordinary brass. Used for complex cold-drawn parts and deep-drawn parts, such as radiator shells, ducts, bellows, cartridge cases, gaskets, detonators, etc.

6 H70 Ordinary brass; It has very good plasticity (the best among brass) and high strength, good cutting performance, easy to weld, not stable to general corrosion, but easy to crack. Used for complex cold-drawn parts and deep-drawn parts, such as radiator shells, ducts, bellows, cartridge cases, gaskets, detonators, etc.

7 H75 Ordinary brass; has quite good mechanical properties, process properties and corrosion resistance. It can be processed well under hot and cold pressure. It is between H80 and H70 in terms of performance and economy. Used for low-load corrosion-resistant springs.

8 H80 Ordinary brass; performance is similar to H85, but with higher strength, better plasticity, and higher corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water. Used in papermaking nets, thin-walled pipes, corrugated pipes and housing construction supplies.

9 H85 Ordinary brass; has high strength, good plasticity, can withstand cold and hot pressure processing well, welding and corrosion resistance are also good. Used for condensation and heat dissipation pipes, siphon pipes, serpentine pipes, cooling equipment parts.

10 H90 Ordinary brass; the performance is similar to H96, but the strength is slightly higher than H96. It can be coated with metal and enamel. Used for water supply and drainage pipes, medals, artworks, water tank belts and bimetallic strips.

11 H96 Ordinary brass; higher strength than copper (but in ordinary brass, she is the lowest), good thermal and electrical conductivity, high corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and medium, and good plasticity, easy to cold , Hot pressure processing, easy welding, forging and tinning, no stress corrosion cracking tendency. In general machinery manufacturing, it is used as ducts, condenser tubes, radiator tubes, heat sinks, automobile water tank belts, and conductive parts.

12 HA159-3-2 Aluminum brass; has high strength; the corrosion resistance is the best among all brass, the tendency of corrosion cracking is not big, the plasticity is low in cold state, and the pressure workability is good in hot state. Used in engine and shipbuilding industry and other high-strength corrosion-resistant parts that work at room temperature.

13 HA160-0-1 Aluminum brass; has high ground strength, good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water, but is sensitive to corrosion cracking, good pressure workability in hot state, and low plasticity in cold state. Used for structural parts that require corrosion resistance, such as gears, worm gears, bushes, shafts, etc.

14 HA166-6-3-2 Aluminum brass; It is a wear-resistant alloy with high strength, hardness and wear resistance. It also has good corrosion resistance, but it has a tendency to corrode and crack and has poor plasticity. It is a transplanted variety of cast brass. Used for nuts and large worms for heavy fixing screws under heavy load; it can be used as a substitute for aluminum bronze QA110-4-4.

15 HA167-2.5 Aluminum brass; It can withstand pressure processing well in cold and hot conditions, has good wear resistance, has good corrosion resistance to seawater, is sensitive to corrosion cracking, and has poor brazing and tinning properties. Used for anti-corrosion parts of ships.

Q:Do you need a sample fee?

 A:Yes, a sample fee is required. However, the sample fee can be returned appropriately during mass production.
