A whole aluminum rod, to the final shape of a knob, it also needs to go through multiple processes.
1) First, the aluminum rod is cut, and then processed into small pieces of aluminum by knurling and other equipment. Then it is processed and polished in the CNC machining.
2) Polishing trilogy.
Rough polishing is used to remove the rough surface of the surface, medium polishing is used to obtain an almost completely smooth surface, and finally a smooth and bright surface can be achieved after fine polishing. After grinding, the knob will finally form a flat and smooth surface. Immediately afterwards, the same sandblasting and wire drawing process as the iPad is used to form an excellent frosted texture that is visible and perceptible, and at the same time it can make its luster natural and soft, and have a more beautiful design.
3) Anode coloring process
It is the color set for the knob. This process also ensures the high quality of the coloring and the natural color. 4) Finally, the laser laser engraving machine then engraves the latest LOGO interface information and scale marks on the knob.
5) After the knob is packed, it waits quietly to be sent to all parts of the country.
