The working principle of CNC machining:
The control system of the CNC machining center generally controls the automatic start and stop, reversing and speed change of the spindle according to the digital program instructions. It can automatically control the feed speed, direction and processing path, perform processing, select the tool and adjust the feed according to the tool size. Knife amount and walking trajectory can end various auxiliary actions required in processing.
CNC machining structure CNC lathe is also composed of headstock, tool post, feed transmission system, bed, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, etc. It is only the feed system of the CNC lathe and the feed system of the horizontal lathe. There is an essential difference in structure, the mechanical structure of a typical CNC lathe is a diagram.
The movement of the main shaft of the horizontal lathe is transmitted to the tool post through the hanging wheel frame, the feed box, and the slide box, and the longitudinal and transverse feed motions are ended. The CNC lathe uses a servo motor, which is transmitted to the slide plate and the tool post via the ball screw, and ends the z-direction (longitudinal) and positioning (transverse) feed motion. Fine CNC machining also has various thread functions. The movement connection between spindle rotation and tool post movement is controlled by the CNC system.
