CNC machining parts made of 6061 aluminum and 7075 aluminum are widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, and electronic devices.  We use a sandblasting anodizing and polishing surface treatment process to enhance its corrosion resistance and wear resistance.  Our products are made with high-quality materials and processed with advanced technology, ensuring high precision and excellent performance.

Product differentiation

The main difference between 7075 aluminum and 6061 aluminum lies in their composition and properties.  7075 aluminum is a high-strength alloy with excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, while 6061 aluminum is a general-purpose alloy with good machinability and weldability. 

The advantages of 7075 aluminum include high strength, good fatigue resistance, and high-temperature performance.  It is often used in applications requiring high strength-to-weight ratios, such as aircraft wings and fuselages, bike frames, and high-performance automotive parts. 

On the other hand, the advantages of 6061 aluminum include good machining characteristics, good weldability, and moderate strength.  It is commonly used in applications such as structural components, bike frames, and kitchen utensils. 

The main disadvantage of 7075 aluminum is its lower corrosion resistance compared to 6061 aluminum.  Additionally, it can be more difficult to machine and work with due to its higher strength and hardness.  The main disadvantage of 6061 aluminum is its lower strength and fatigue resistance compared to 7075 aluminum. 

In summary, both 7075 and 6061 aluminum have their strengths and weaknesses, and the choice between the two ultimately depends on the specific requirements of the application.
