Product Description
CNC Machined milling anodized aluminum parts are a type of precision engineered components that are highly durable and resistant to wear and corrosion. They are crafted using advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining techniques, which ensures precise tolerances, tight specifications, and excellent repeatability.
The milling process involves removing materials from a solid block of aluminum to create a specific shape or design. After the machining process is complete, the aluminum parts undergo anodization - an electrochemical process that forms a protective layer of oxide on the surface of the parts. The anodized layer improves the hardness and wear-resistance of the parts, while enhancing their aesthetic appeal.
Our Capabilities
Our company is a precision CNC machining factory that has been in business for 18 years, since 2005. We offer additional services such as electric discharge wire cutting, gun drilling, grinding, tube and rod bending, and more. Our expertise and experience in precision CNC machining, coupled with our extensive range of capabilities, make us a reliable and trusted partner for all our customer's manufacturing needs.

Product Feature
Aluminum alloys are widely used in the manufacturing industry due to their high strength, low density, and good corrosion resistance. There are several common types of aluminum alloys, each with its own unique characteristics.
1. 6061-T6
6061-T6 is a heat treatable aluminum alloy with high strength, good formability, and excellent corrosion resistance. Its composition consists of magnesium and silicon, giving it a greater strength-to-weight ratio than most other aluminum alloys. Its tensile strength is 45,000 psi, and its yield strength is 40,000 psi. The downside is that 6061-T6 is not as easy to weld as other aluminum alloys, but it is possible with the right equipment and techniques.
2. 7075-T6
7075-T6 is a high-strength aluminum alloy that is often used in aircraft and aerospace applications. It has excellent fatigue strength and good machinability. Its composition consists of zinc, copper, and magnesium, giving it a tensile strength of 83,000 psi and a yield strength of 73,000 psi. The downside is that 7075-T6 is prone to stress corrosion cracking unless properly treated.
3. 2024-T3
2024-T3 is a high-strength aluminum alloy that is commonly used in aerospace applications. Its composition consists of copper and magnesium, giving it a tensile strength of 68,000 psi and a yield strength of 47,000 psi. It has good machinability and is easy to weld. The downside is that it is susceptible to corrosion, so it must be properly treated to ensure its longevity.
4. 3003-H14
3003-H14 is a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy that is often used in architectural applications. Its composition consists of manganese, giving it a tensile strength of 22,000 psi and a yield strength of 21,000 psi. It is easy to form and weld and has good corrosion resistance. The downside is that it is not as strong as other aluminum alloys and is not suitable for high-stress applications.

Process
Milling is a machining process that utilizes rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece. This process is commonly used to create complex shapes and contours on a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and wood. Milling is a precise and efficient way to create high-quality parts that are used in a wide range of applications.
Anodizing is a surface treatment process that involves the electrochemical oxidation of metal surfaces. This process creates a layer of oxide on the surface of the material, which provides improved corrosion resistance, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Anodizing is commonly used on aluminum, but can also be used on other metals, such as titanium, magnesium, and zinc. This process is widely used in the manufacture of a variety of products, including automotive parts, consumer electronics, and architectural components.
Application
1. Aerospace and Defense Industry
CNC Machined milling anodized aluminum parts are widely used in the aerospace and defense industry, providing lightweight and durable components for aircraft, satellites and spacecraft. These parts include airplane wings, landing gear parts, rocket frames and missile components.
