Q1:How soon can I get the quote?
It would be very appreciated if we can have following info:
A: Order quantity per patch or per year.
B: Trade terms, such as FOB price or EXW price.
Normally,the quote will be offer in 1-2 days.:)
Q2:How long is your delivery time?
A:For cnc parts,they are able to offer in 10-30 days.
It is 10-15 days for sample order.
And 20 days or 30 days for mass production.
Q3:Are free samples available?
We would like to free to offer samples when you order for bulk.We may progress with tried order also.
Q4:What payment terms you accept?
In general,we accept T/T(bank transfer), paypal, Alibaba trade assurance.
If you have some other options, let’s talk case by case.
Q5:What solutions will be taken in case of quality issue?
If products you received with quality issue, please take a photo and let us know the defected quantities, we will check again and plan to reproduction for you if the responsibility at our side. And we will do a quality complain report and notice to all of related departments. Such as quality control team and production team. It would be effect to their performance appraisal. Anyway, there have many solutions to avoid to the event.
