Customized aluminum CNC axle is machined from aluminum, maily have following five steps:
· The rough cutting, deal with raw material
· CNC turning, CNC milling, QC inspection, remove the burr and sharp edge
· Surface treatment: anodizing black and engraving the logo
· Inspcet dimension again and checking the surface
· Shippment
These Axle is used to support bicycle, the logo is customized print by laser engraving, also the logo can printed by CNC or silk print.
