Processing Program
First, purchasing the material and then arrive the our shop, QC will check the material then material go to cutting.
After cutting, material will send to the machinist, machinist will arrange the available machine to machin them.
During milling, turning, tapping, IPQC will inspect the parts proportionally.
When milling, turning, tapping, drilling etc process done, parts will do the final checking.
Then move to burring and packaging process.
The parts will send to you after well-packed.
